Bug report: maintenance costs bug after loading saves

Hi,
I am here to report a bug discovered recently on the NS version of Realpolitiks.
If one deactivates some of the default projects a country has (to optimize the cash flow), the deactivated projects' maintenance costs will be deducted from the total maintenance costs during the game. However, once the game is saved and reloaded (either via the "continue" or "load" option in the main menu), these projects' maintenance costs will be added back to the budget, while the projects themselves are indeed deactivated in the project window. I tested on several different countries and all the scenarios, it is all the same
Hope the developing team can consider fixing this bug, since it breaks the game's saving mechanism.
Best regards,
